Hello Evfurry Buddy, Its me Ziva Zophia (aka Zkhat). Why do I always get to have the blog when my Mom has something she is supposed to do with it and DOESN'T. Yes, thats right, she is supposed to be coming up with a contest to celebrate our new header with that stupid clown in it. But she says, Oh, you do a blog, Zkhat, you are good at it but the real reason is that she hasn't figured out what the contest is going to be yet. So I have to interrupt my playing Slinky on the Stairs just to tell you that not-surprising-information.
There is not much other news here either. Last night we had a Thunderstorm and of course, Stella has to carry on with barkings and cryings and gets to sleep on Mom's bed. She has Mom wrapped around her paw when it comes to this. So I lose my sleep place (next to Mom) because Miss Scardie gets it and I just go upstairs and find a nice spot under a bed where I don't have to see the lightnings. I am not scared, I just don't want to see it! Mom isn't scared of storms either, just the Drama Queen Stella is.
So, the story is, no contest this week and it will be announced mid-next week. Whoopee!
Purrs and headbutts,
cute zkhat. :)ReplyDelete
What a cute picture at the bottom of this post. Even if it is of a cat.
No-one who has read your blog posts over the years would describe you as in any way insecure. Oh but I think Stella will be cross when she finds out you have described her as a Drama Queen. Tee hee.
Now you know what Gail just said to me? "Bertie", she said "are you scared of thunder? I can't quite remember."
Well that's how often we have thunderstorms here in Scotland.
Well, we LOVE your new header, contest or not!!ReplyDelete

Good to see you and hear from you,Zkhat. We might get some of those loud storms here too, and a couple of us don't like them, especially Mr. Phantom.ReplyDelete
Tell Mom not to worry about the contest, we just love to see you and Stella and hear what is happening in your lives.

Hey... we could have a CHEESEBURGER EATING contest.. IF our moms would let us have more than one tiny bite.ReplyDelete
I love the header!!! It is SOOOOOO fun to see when it pops up.
We had a big boomer storm the other night. Morgan gets to sleep with Mom and Dad when that happens. Noah barks a lot at the noise, but the rest of us just say "shut up and let us sleep."ReplyDelete
Sounds like you had an stormy night!ReplyDelete
Kisses and hugs
Oh Zhat, what an attitude you have! You must strut around like the queen of the house!ReplyDelete
For Stella's sake, I hope the boomers have passed.
Thank goodness they both have you to fall back on! We understand getting stymied for a contest idea but you did a nice job of buying time...or treading water...or tapdancing in the rain.ReplyDelete
Give poor Stella a break, Miss Diva, thunderstorms are loud and scary and I bet she can't fit under the bed! I hope for the sake of a normal night that you are spared more Spring Showers!
Howdy Zkhat, doesn't matter why you get to blog, its nice to hear from you. Sorry about Stella taking your place on the bed. Hope she didn't leave too many doggie hairs on it hehe. Good luck to your mum with the competition idea. Our mum is useless at that kinda stuff. No worries, and love, Stella and RoryReplyDelete
Hi there Zkhat, nice to meet you. Has your Stella tried a Thundershirt? It helps me alot when there are storms or fireworks. You can find them online.ReplyDelete
Contest? Did someone say contest?ReplyDelete
Go Stella!!! (sorry, Zkhat!)ReplyDelete
OMD, contests are soo much fun :)ReplyDelete
What a furry cool header!
I don't like Thunderboomers AT ALL. But I'm a self-sufficient Manly beast and I just hang out on the stairs until all the hubbub is over. Sorry you got kicked out of your sleepy spot.ReplyDelete
My humans are awful at contests. The last one we had for me (you wrote me that awesome poem!), my AAB Blog Helper almost forgot to, ah, END it and announce the winners!
Good luck keeping Stella & Jo on track! :)
