Happy Weekend!

Its Dr. Seuss's birthday!

ADULTS ARE OBSOLETE CHILDREN.
 Theodore Seuss Geisel (March 2, 1904-September 24, 1991)

It is also the anniversary of my mother's birth, she loved Dr. Seuss
and would have loved to know they shared a birthdate!

Here is another thing for you to either laugh at or not!  This is the story of my life in abbreviated form:

We'll do better next week!

Cheers and hugs,

Jo, Stella and Zkhat

  5. This made us laugh out loud - because pretty much is the story of my mom's life, too! We missed Dr. Seuss today! Oh well ...

  8. The WDA didn't get the cartoon but momma sure laughed for a long time! We hope next year you make and post a video of the Yertle the Turtle recitation can ask Stella and Zkhat to participate. We send respectful tribute to your mom on her birthday...we bet she was pretty wonderful.

  9. Happy weekend Jo and the gang. Gail smiled at the cartoon but Bertie Boffin wants to have a word with the cartoonist regarding scientific accuracy!

  10. A lot of the schools and libraries around here started the day with 'green eggs and ham' breakfast for students and their parents. What fun!

    1. Brenda, I think that sounds great! I was thinking how nice it would be for working parents to have the day off to take their kids to the library, or read to them or just have some special Seuss Fun!
