Does this, in any way at all seem even a little Spring like to you?
This means almost a whole 'nother week of SNOW.  Don't the weather guys understand it has been officially SPRING since
March 20th?

Sorry, but I really have run out of things to say, thoughts to share.

I hope the weather is nice, warm, sunny, flowery, and all around pleasant wherever you are.

Lets get together next week and see what has happened.  People are getting a little wacky over this stuff .  Its not good at all.

Sincere good wishes from.

Jo, Stella and Zkhat

  1. Wow over the pond it is no better. We too are having bipolar weather. It seems Winter and Spring are having a fight. Lordy we are fed up with it. Stay warm and safe. Have a super Saturday.
    Best wishes Molly

  2. My SiL in Wash DC area wrote that one day it was COLD, the next it was hot enough for the a/c - and then another cold storm moved in. I understand Molly's comment "bipolar weather"!
Wish I could send you some of our sunshine and warmth... I think of you and admire your fortitude, JO.

  3. Yes, we too have been suffering a return of winter. Down into the low 40s or upper 30s the last three nights. But we usually turn on the AC for a little while each afternoon. Hang in there. This too shall pass!

  4. Can you all huff and puff and blow that snow our way? We know our Mom loves the Spring weather, but we love that snow.

    Happy weekend. Stay warm.

    1. Hey OP Pack!

I have told you many times to just send a truck over here and we could fill it right up with about 87 thousand cubic feets of snow. Anytime you want it, its yours for the taking.

  10. Around here we don't have snow, but it can't decide if it's winter or summer. We go from 80 to 35 and back again. It's getting tiresome.

  12. Spring has definitely come to my corner of Virginia, and I think we have enough to spare that I'll send some of it in your direction! :-)

I hope you are all doing well--Many, many thanks for the kind words you've left on my blog. Lucas's loss has been a hard one, made easier by those like you who understand.

  13. Wow! We were grumpy with just ONE day last week of rainy grey weather...snow?...in April?...the WDA votes NO!!!

Come join the snowbirds who visit the Land of Enchantment to escape the grip of winter...Stella, you can even bring your food bowl into the living room to dine next to Jo (we loved the story of your shared dinners)! At least join us virtually by visiting NM online.

  14. Yuk. But on the otherhand it could be worse. Like mine where here in the tropical banana belt of southeastern Minnesota my line to the septic tank remains frozen....;( Well actually we're coping but what a pain.

  15. Hey Jo. There is hope. We finally had a warm (well warm for Scotland) bright day here. Yes it can really happen. Or perhaps you need to hire some better weather forecasters. Maybe ones from Florida or somewhere similarly southern.
    Cheers,
    Gail and Bertie.

  16. P.s. and looking on the bright side, at least Stella's beautiful header picture is still apt!

  17. Howdy Stella Up Over, snow in Spring sure does sounds crazy. We've had hot weather in our Autumn which has been crazy too! Today though we are having some much cooler weather with a little rain (boo hoo) and only have winter to look forward to. Hope your weekend was spent indoors having good cuddles! No worries, and love, Stella and Rory

  18. I am blowing some heat your way. It usually is in the low 80's during the week, 90's during the weekend. A little too toasty for my taste but that's what I get for living in the desert.

Enjoy your snow! It looks sooo inviting!

  19. My condolences. We are having similar weather. There's at least 2' of fresh snow on the ground here.

I've tried to leave this comment three times. Feel free to delete the others if they actually came through. My internet is barely working due to the storm.
